Minimum Number of Nights
The minimum number of nights that you can reserve at our lodge is 4 nights. However, if you see pockets of less than 4 nights on the calendar that you are interested in, please send us an email to info@gonozawa.com and we will be most glad to assist you.
Reservation
Please use our search function to find the suitable dates for the number of guests you are traveling with. Once you have found the dates and the room type, please go ahead to make a submission to confirm the availability.
Our staff at Schanze Nozawa will get in touch with you to confirm the booking and a secure payment link will be sent to your registered email.
Payment
Once you receive our email with the payment link, please proceed to make payment. Once this is done, we will send you a final confirmation and the booking process is complete.
ALL PAYMENT MADE ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Change or Cancellation
However, we understand that travel plans do get changed at times due to unforeseen circumstances.
Please let us know soonest possible with a written notice to info@gonozawa.com
Cancellation request more than 30 days prior to arrival date, 30% of total amount will be forfeited.
Cancellation request less than 30 days prior to arrival date, 100% of the reservation charges will be forfeited.
