What facilities does Schanze offer?

We have a dry room for your snow gears, as well as washer and dryer on-site. We also offer complimentary wi-fi so you can stay connected during your stay.

What is the check-in and check-out time?

Check-in at Schanze is from 3pm, while check-out is by 10am. We can keep your luggage before or after check-out, just let us know!

Is breakfast included in the stay?

Breakfast can be included as an add-on with your stay at Schanze for only ¥1,200 per night. We serve a variety of delicious options, featuring local ingredients, so you can start your day with a good breakfast before heading to the slopes!

Do you have a pick-up service from the station?

We offer a complimentary pick-up from Iiyama Station when you book at least 7 nights with us directly here or through WhatsApp. Pick-up is between 3pm-8pm and is subjected to car availability. Advance booking is required, as there are limited seats and it’s on a first come first serve basis. Please arrange pick-up at least 3 days before arrival.

Is Schanze a family-friendly lodge?

We welcome guests from all around the world, including kids! When it comes to snow, Nozawa has something for everyone, from advanced to beginners, young and old. Feel free to speak to one of our staff if you would like recommendations on fun activities during your stay.

How can I make a reservation?

You can easily make a reservation here or by contacting us directly via WhatsApp or email. As Nozawa Onsen is a popular snow resort, we recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred dates and accommodations.
